Most fitness books for golf are written to give you ready-made golf fitness programs, exercises, step-by-step instructions and illustrations can quickly transform your body and your golf game. So then the questions become: what are the components of a complete golf fitness book? What areas should a golf fitness book should cover? Basically, a golf fitness book should cover the following four topics:<br/><br/>1. Strength specific golf exercises<br/><br/>2. Flexibility<br/><br/>3. Aerobic conditioning or endurance training<br/><br/>4. Nutrition<br/><br/>Keep in mind that all four of these topics should be specifically designed for a golfer and not for a person looking to just improve their physical fitness.<br/><br/>The book you choose to improve your golf and fitness should offer multiple plans for different physical levels. In addition, the book should have a golf fitness evaluation in the book to determine your current fitness level and ultimately decide on the starting point for your program. Using this type of book, you are sure that the program or exercises you are using are right for you and the program will help your game not hurt it.<br/><br/>The main reason I hear from my students on why they put off beginning a golf training program is, they are not sure where to start and knowing they are in the right fitness program for them.<br/><br/>In addition, the fitness book should discuss the direct benefits of any exercise to a golf swing. Many people are motivated to use an exercise or an exercise program once they read and understand how it will benefit their game.<br/><br/>Finally, a golf fitness book should have progressive golf fitness exercises and complete golf programs. You should be able to logically see how these fitness exercises and golf programs to take you to your next level. Many books offer general exercises that are not golf-specific and in turn, have no logical sense of format or progression. This will only leave you frustrated and not knowing where to start and if you do start a program unable to chart any progress.<br/><br/>To find a golf fitness book that works for you, the next time you go to a bookstore or get online and do a search for golf fitness book or golf fitness books, make sure you thoroughly evaluate the explanation and chapters to reassure you are doing the right thing.<br/><br/></p>

So many long putts roll right into the cup when you’ve been playing so badly that you no longer care about the score. And then when you’re having a really good game, in the lead perhaps, you miss the shortest easiest ones. The reason is quite simple. You knew the important putt wouldn’t go in before you even took the putter out of your bag. This is where using hypnosis to improve your golf comes in. Hypnosis will not help you learn the proper mechanics of the swing. What it will do is help you to transfer that knowledge from your head into your body. Hypnosis will help improve your golf game in the area most golfers struggle with, the mind. Using hypnosis to improve your game can turn out to be the most crucial way to lower your score. Your customized hypnotherapy treatment plan can deal with your individual struggles and limitations.<br/><br/>I went through a period where I just couldn’t pitch near the green if my life depended on it. I would try to hit down on the ball, accelerating through the swing visualizing the ball making a beautiful arch and landing right near the pin the way I had been taught. Yet I would decelerate with fear instead of accelerating with confidence and then I’d watch my ball soar way past the green. At the end of one such frustrating game, while walking back to the clubhouse, I came across stray balls from the driving range. I casually hit one back to the range using my wedge. I was probably thinking to myself, “This one will be perfect now because it doesn’t count.” Sure enough I hit a beautiful pitch. It made a perfect arch and landed right where I aimed. I walked from stray ball to stray ball placing them all perfectly back onto the driving range making beautiful shots. And all with my pitching wedge of all clubs!” My hypnotist would be the first to tell you that my body clearly heard the part of my thought that said, “…this one will be perfect now because…” Yes, I was so certain I even had a reason.<br/><br/>I remember once reading that Marlene Floyd said that one of the differences with an average player and an excellent player was that the average player looks at the green and thinks “I’ll be happy to see this one land anywhere on that green.” And then it does…. land anywhere on that green. The excellent player thinks “This one is going to land right next to the pin.” And it also does, land right next to the pin. Most great players are aware of how important thought processes are when playing such a psychological game as golf. But people are only just now becoming aware of the extent to which they can learn to manipulate their own thoughts using hypnosis thereby lowering their golf score.<br/><br/>The reason that hypnosis actually works to improve your golf game is because it deals with the psychological aspects of the game. A qualified hypnotist can teach you how to control your thoughts, stay focused and not sabotage your own game. A regular golf teacher can only teach your mind what your body must do. But it is the hypnotist who works with you to improve your game who can teach you how to transfer that knowledge right into your body. Your mind needs to be in tune with what you are trying to do. While some people will blame the clubs and invest in new expensive clubs, it is those investing in hypnosis to improve their game that are finding the key, that vital and fundamental way to lowering their score.<br/><br/></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A better golf game is achievable by any golfer. It doesn&#8217;t matter what your age is, how good a player you are or how long you&#8217;ve been playing. But the key to a better golf game may not be what you think.<br/><br/>The ‘standard&#8217; approach to a better golf game is taking lessons; buying more equipment; and hitting hundreds of golf balls at the range.<br/><br/>Although, the above approach is not altogether incorrect&#8230;there is one crucial missing element. That element is your BODY! You swing those fancy clubs; you hit all those balls at the range; and you physically participate in the aspect of taking lessons.<br/><br/>The common denominator is your body. Do you agree? If you don&#8217;t, I&#8217;d like to hear you&#8217;re explanation of why not.<br/><br/>If you are following me, and think I&#8217;m remotely correct, then why wouldn&#8217;t you work on your body to play a better golf game?<br/><br/>I&#8217;m constantly hearing golfers say they&#8217;ve taken lessons, bought new equipment and pounded hundreds of balls but still have not seen improvement.<br/><br/>That&#8217;s the telltale!<br/><br/>That leaves just one thing&#8230;YOU.<br/><br/>Don&#8217;t get me wrong&#8230;I firmly believe you need an understanding of golf swing technique, and golf equipment can help. But pounding balls just for the sake of doing it won&#8217;t help you play a better golf game.<br/><br/>Now picture this.<br/><br/>You do a few simple stretches and golf exercises daily and go out to play. You now realize you can make a bigger backswing with less tension; you have more clubhead speed enabling you to hit longer drives; and you are not worn out on the back nine.<br/><br/>Isn&#8217;t that worth the minimal investment in your time?<br/><br/>To play a better golf game&#8230;you&#8217;ve got to take a different approach than what you are currently doing. One that gets to the root of the problem. The one that&#8217;s causing those mishits and inconsistencies.<br/><br/>You will be amazed at your outcome if you take this approach. You will finally play a better golf game.<br/><br/></p>
